Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Our commitment

StandAir respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information is collected on the stand-air.com website, why, and how it is protected, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector.

2. Information collected

We collect only the information you choose to send us through the contact form or by email: your name, your work email address and the content of your message.

3. Use

This information is used only to respond to your request, prepare a service proposal and follow up on our exchanges. It is never sold, rented or used for marketing without your consent.

4. Disclosure to third parties

Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the website and our email (website hosting, email delivery, mailbox), or when the law requires or permits it. These providers may process or store data outside Quebec, including in the United States.

5. Retention

Requests are kept for 24 months after our last exchange and then deleted, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires keeping them longer.

6. Security measures

We apply reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use or disclosure. The website is only accessible over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).

7. Cookies and logs

The website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Like any website, our host records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page visited) solely for security and proper operation.

8. Your rights

You may request access to the information we hold about you, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent to its use, subject to the restrictions provided by law. Write to us at contact@stand-air.com; we respond within 30 days.

9. Consent

By sending us your information through the form or by email, you consent to its use for the purposes described in this policy.

10. Privacy incidents

If you believe your personal information has been lost, stolen or used without authorization, please notify our person in charge of the protection of personal information without delay.

11. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to third-party websites. StandAir is not responsible for their practices; we invite you to review their privacy policies.

12. Complaints

You may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. We invite you, however, to contact our person in charge first, so that we can resolve the situation.
